The Michigan Comics Collective holds "sketch events" at local comic stores, book stores and even fairs to promote our organization, content and artists. At these events, a table of artists take requests for quick, on-the-spot sketches featuring characters from comic books, television or film, books, original work and even the occasional self-portrait of the requester. Did we mention that all sketches done by the participating artists are free? We do it for the challenge, and because we love you.
